Our Story

In February 2020, home cook Jolie Adams moved to NOLA and started living with her now-husband, Eric. Jolie spent the next few months adapting her recipes to Eric’s food allergies: meat, dairy, and eggs. Unfortunately, those were Jolie’s favorite things with which to cook.

Fast forward to 2021, and Jolie has become a resourceful chef – finding vegan and plant-based replacements for her favorite ingredients is now a snap. Her favorite words are “That’s vegan?!”

 That wasn’t the only challenge Jolie faced in her new city. She had to find local vendors to provide fresh, tasty, and ethically-sourced ingredients for her meals. After hours of research, Jolie selected her team of vendors, who provide excellent produce, meat, and pantry products.

 

Our Cuisine

We consider ourselves a mix of modern flair and Southern charm, and it shows on our menus. We’re passionate about trying new techniques and ingredients. We use only the best selection of locally and ethically-sourced ingredients to provide a meal that tastes as good as it looks.

Our chefs grew up on Southern comfort food and their meals take you right back to your grandma’s kitchen table. Pot roast, pulled pork, chicken & dumplings, and hearty soups are just a few of the recipes our chefs have been making since birth.

 On the flip side, our chefs love to cook with fresh, light ingredients straight from local farms and gardens. Grilled veggie kabobs, bruschetta chicken, and shrimp scampi are some of our favorites.
